1. Diagnostic Assessment (KTEA)
We start with a short academic assessment to pinpoint where to begin. The KTEA Kaufman Test of Educational Achievement) helps us understand your learner’s current reading and math levels so we can create a plan that fits.
2. Assessment Results and Review
We review results together in plain language with no confusing scores. This is where we discuss what the results mean, ask questions, and collaborate on next steps.
3. Personalized Learning Plan
Using what we have learned, we create a tailored plan designed to help your learner grow at a steady, confident pace.
4. Progress Assessments
We regularly check progress, celebrate growth, and adjust as needed. The goal is lasting confidence and independence, not just grade-level mastery.
Our Educators
At Treehouse, our educators are more than just tutors. They’re the adults in the room who truly understand kids. Each educator undergoes thorough in-house training, not only on what to teach but also on how children learn. This training helps them look beyond the worksheet to identify why a child is struggling and what genuinely helps.
